Band-Sarries are champions in Ilhabela

Band- Sarries win on both mens and ladies in Ilhabela Beach Rugby

The Beach Rugby tournament played in Ilhabela on 8 and 9 of February included the participation of 16 men’s  and 10 women’s teams, with Sao Paulo Saracens Bandeirantes ending as the me’s Silver cup champions and the ladies Golden cup champions.

The Beach Rugby is a variant played with 5 players on each side in two halves of 5 minutes, 1 point is given for every try scored and there is no kicking score.

• February 8th: Team qualified to Silver cup after 2 wind and 1 loss.
