Saracens Coach will be in Brazil between 9 and 14th of June to train our coaches and athletes of all categories
Paul gustard, current defense and forwards coach of our English brothers, comes to São Paulo for a week of activities involving the whole staff and athletes of all categories of São Paulo Saracens Bandeirantes between 9 and 14 June.
In his professional career as a player between 97 to 2008 Paul played for the English clubs Leicester Tigers, London Irish and Saracens winning major titles as the Premiership and Heineken Cup, and also representing the national English team and the Barbarians.
In 2008 the Forward began his coaching career at Saracens, where he also were invited for coaching the national team of English Rugby. Paul was a major contributor to the formation of so-called “Wolf Pack” Saracens defense, which was the defense that conceded less points in the recent Saracens runner-up season in the Premiership 2013/14.
June 12th: Day of learning, Rugby and Football!
On 12th June (Thursday), São Paulo Saracens Bandeirantes will organize an event at Band Arena to gather all categories of the club on a day of much Rugby learning with a clinic with Paul Gustard, followed by a touch fun tournament involving all of our categories, and finishing with a barbecue with all Bandeirantes families to watch the opening of the FIFA Football World Cup.
